BracketGO policy
Terms of Service
Last updated: July 20, 2026
These launch-candidate terms should receive counsel review before a broad public launch. By using BracketGO, you agree to use the service lawfully and to provide accurate account and payment information.
The service
BracketGO lets organizers create, operate, publish, share, and export elimination brackets. It is not a registration, scoring-official, gambling, or dispute-resolution service. Organizers remain responsible for participant display names, results, advancement decisions, and public-link distribution.
Your content and conduct
You retain rights in content you submit and grant BracketGO the limited permission needed to host, transform, publish, and back it up. You must have permission to use submitted content and follow the Acceptable Use Policy and Sponsor Guidelines.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for your email account, trusted devices, collaborator invitations, and timely revocation of access. We may restrict sessions or public content to address abuse, legal, fraud, or security concerns.
Sponsor Showcase and refunds
Sponsor Showcase is an optional one-time $19.99 USD unlock per bracket. Stripe is payment authority. Eligibility and webhook-confirmed processing follow the Refund Policy; hiding or disabling content does not itself promise a refund.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Internet, browser, provider, and organizer errors can affect availability or accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, Purple Vertex Digital disclaims implied warranties and limits liability to amounts paid for the affected service during the prior twelve months.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms with a new date and may suspend access for violations. Data retention and deletion remain subject to operational, legal, security, and payment obligations.
