Sponsor Showcase Refund Policy

Sponsor Showcase is a one-time $19.99 USD unlock for one bracket. A refund may be available for a verified duplicate charge or where the paid feature was not delivered due to a BracketGO failure.

Not normally eligible

Changed plans, unused showcase time, organizer content errors, removed prohibited content, bracket deletion, or public-link distribution problems do not automatically qualify.

How refunds work

Support reviews payment and publication history. Approved refunds are initiated through Stripe and become final only after webhook confirmation. BracketGO never marks a payment refunded only in its database. Processing time depends on Stripe and the card issuer.
