BracketGO is designed as a lightweight platform that does not require user accounts. The information we collect depends on how you interact with the App:

• Bracket & Tournament Data: When hosts create and share brackets, we collect bracket metadata, tournament configurations, team/player names, scores, and match results.
• Email Addresses: We may collect your email address when you create a bracket, purchase a sponsorship slot, or contact support.
• Payment Information: If you purchase a sponsorship slot, payment transactions are processed directly by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. We do not collect, store, or process full credit card numbers or sensitive financial credentials on our servers.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate, and maintain the core functionality of the App, enabling hosts to generate, manage, and publicly share live tournament brackets with spectators and fans.
• To process payment transactions for sponsorship slots and deliver purchase confirmations or receipts.
• To communicate with tournament hosts regarding bracket administration or customer support requests.

Data Storage and Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party service providers to host and operate the App:

• Google Firebase: We use Google Firebase to securely store real-time bracket data, tournament state, and associated email inputs required to deliver live scoreboard sharing.
• Vercel: We use Vercel to host and serve the web application infrastructure and perform serverless application functions.
• Stripe:Payment processing for sponsorship slots is handled by Stripe. Stripe handles payment data in accordance with their own strict security standards and PCI-DSS compliance. You can review Stripe's Privacy Policy for more information on how they handle payment details.

Your Rights and Choices

Because BracketGO operates without mandatory user accounts, most bracket data is publicly viewable via the shared links generated by hosts.

If you are a tournament host and wish to have a bracket, associated email, or sponsored slot listing updated or removed from our backend database, you can submit a removal request by emailing us directly at the contact address below. We will process your request promptly.

Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed at anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. While BracketGO may be used by tournament hosts to display rosters or match outcomes for youth athletic and gaming events, all bracket creation, event management, and sponsorship purchases must be conducted by an adult host, organizer, parent, or coach.

Changes to This Privacy Policy
